The role
What you'll be doing.
As a Care Assistant you'll visit a small caseload of regular clients in their own homes — supporting them with personal care, medication, meals and companionship.
- Deliver person-centred care from each client's plan
- Record visits and medication via our app
- Build genuine, professional relationships
- Flag any concerns to your coordinator
What you'll need
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- A caring, patient nature
- Good communication in English
- Willing to complete a DBS check
- Smartphone for visit check-in
- Driving licence preferred (not essential)
