The role

What you'll be doing.

As a Care Assistant you'll visit a small caseload of regular clients in their own homes — supporting them with personal care, medication, meals and companionship.

  • Deliver person-centred care from each client's plan
  • Record visits and medication via our app
  • Build genuine, professional relationships
  • Flag any concerns to your coordinator
What you'll need

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK
  • A caring, patient nature
  • Good communication in English
  • Willing to complete a DBS check
  • Smartphone for visit check-in
  • Driving licence preferred (not essential)
